DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POWDER AND LIQUID PAINTING

Unlike powder painting, in addition to extremely superior performance, liquid painting allows you to work at very low temperatures, almost ambient, and is therefore also applied to heat-sensitive materials such as painting on plastic,
      otherwise impossible with other technologies.

      CHARACTERISTICS OF LIQUID PAINTING

Liquid painting is a complex technique that requires high skills.
With our painting in Treviso we can count on a team of professionals with years of experience and avantgarde machinery.
We work both with robots and manually in pressurized areas that guarantee absence of dust and final results with a great aesthetic impact.
In addition, 80% of the cycles are performed on a water basis: a sustainable choice that offers superior mechanical strength, as well as a better yield.
We are also experts in the relative declinations of liquid painting, such as electrostatic painting – excellent for optimizing costs, times and material waste – epoxy painting, ideal for applying on metals.
We can then create any type of final finish: from embossed painting to soft touch painting or rubberized painting, from carbon painting to wood effect painting, camouflage painting, matt painting, rust effect painting.
A world of solutions to meet every need.
