Hydro dipping is an immersion technique that allows you to decorate countless types of materials and three-dimensional objects, even particularly complex ones. Sometimes this technique is also called water transfer printing, dipping, hydrographic or immersion printing. ANBOindustry is one of the most structured companies dedicated to industrial hydro dipping in Italy.

The hydro dipping process develops in the following phases:
Preparation of the surface to decorate: this phase can vary greatly depending on the type of material of the object to be decorated. Generally the product is cleaned, then a primer and finally a specific primer for hydro dipping are applied by spray painting. At this point the object is ready for the decoration phase.

Generally the product is cleaned, then a primer and finally a specific primer for hydro dipping are applied by spray painting. At this point the object is ready for the decoration phase.
Immersion decoration: this phase involves, first of all, the applying of a special film in a special hydro dipping tank filled with water at a thermoregulated temperature. After being carefully placed on the surface of the water, this film is activated by spray, with a special liquid that is identified as activator for hydro dipping which allows the colors and designs present in the graphics to adhere perfectly to the surface of the component that will go to be submerged later.At this point the object immersed, thanks to the hydrostatic thrust of the water, is decorated, obtaining the permanent transfer of the graphics even in the most difficult to reach points. After immersion, there is a rinsing phase with water jets that allows you to eliminate any residual film left after the transfer of the print; this phase is followed by another low temperature drying which allows the graphics to be fixed.
Application of protective transparent varnish: the last phase of the production cycle involves the liquid painting of a final protective transparent, also called finish, thanks to which a further improvement of the aesthetic effect is obtained as well as an important resistance to mechanical stress or chemical.

• Thousands of effects and finishes available such as carbon, wood, briar, marble, camouflage, chrome and decorative;
• Applicable on even very complex three-dimensional surfaces, both small and large;
• Achievable in small, medium or large runs thanks to the flexibility of our continuous cycle systems;
• Applicable on rigid or flexible materials such as plastic, rubber, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, fabric and leather;
• High mechanical and chemical resistance thanks to the nanotechnological finishes;
• Possibility to create new effects and graphics on request;
With hydro dipping you can decorate any type of material, both rigid and flexible. It is also the only technology that allows you to decorate three-dimensional objects made of thermosensitive (heat-sensitive) materials, such as plastic. The materials that are commonly processed are therefore: plastic, rubber, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, fabric, leather and many others.
The first question asked when we are contacted for the first time is: how much does the hydro dipping cost? The answer to this question is not so obvious and in reality there is no real price list, since it is necessary to obtain some preliminary information such as:
• Type of material that makes up the object;
• Complexity of the object to be decorated;
• Quantity of production batches;
• Type of protective finish;
• Any additional parameters or requests;.

Resistance is a very important factor, at least as much as aesthetics. Precisely for this reason ANBOindustry has managed to achieve high standards of chemical and mechanical resistance over the years in the treatments it performs.
This has allowed us to be able to collaborate with large companies operating in many market sectors such as, for example, that of the weapon which is recognized as one of the most demanding in terms of mechanical resistance or that of perfumery, which is very demanding in terms of resistance to chemical agents.
In addition, the hydro dipping we perform has a high resistance to water as well as to high temperatures, the reason why we have also been chosen by the most important pot manufacturers for the decoration of handles and handles.
In addition to the issue of resistance, ANBOindustry is able to certify for its own processes also for infantile and / or food use as well as for hospital and/or healthcare use thanks to the use of special raw materials that make our processes antibacterial.
We are able to apply hydro dipping on weapons having passed the military test with excellent results.
Hydro dipping is a very particular process, it depends on many variations that can only be identified thanks to years of experience. Many of these variants can be controlled and managed only through the use of technologically advanced and expensive systems. ANBOindustry has invested for years and continues to invest constantly in all of this, and that is why now we establish ourselves as one of the leading European companies specialized in industrial hydro dipping. With us the customer is followed at 360 degrees, starting from the preliminary feasibility study, passing through the design and development of prototypes, up to mass production.
Our production structure is unique in its kind since it is composed of both manual and semi-automatic systems and a fully automated line, this allows us to operate with such flexibility and we are able to satisfy, both in terms of delivery times and costs, the small, medium and large customer.
All this means that dozens of world-famous companies and brands have trusted us for many years, aware of our important production capacities and the high quality standards that we are able to ensure.
Furthermore, thanks to the design and research & development departments, we are able to regularly propose new solutions and effects, always one step ahead.
If you want to make an unique product by giving it an important aesthetic added value and you want to rely on the leaders in the sector, do not hesitate to contact us!
