High-definition printing, lasting performance.
Discover ANBOindustry’s embossed UV glass printing
ANBOindustry, in response to the needs of the industrial sector, has implemented a dedicated UV printing line.
This advanced inkjet printing technology uses UV LED lamps to cure the inks, making it particularly suitable for direct printing on flat and slightly curved surfaces, both rigid and flexible.
It is ideal for printing on panels, gadgets, customized items, industrial and electronic components, gift items, trophies and nameplates, design objects, packaging, and much more.
Features
Small and large production runs;
Ultra-high-resolution printing on objects up to 100 mm in height;
High printing precision, even for fine details and small text;
Applicable to rigid or flexible materials such as plastic, rubber, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, fabric, and leather;
High mechanical and chemical resistance;
Available for small, medium, or large production volumes;
Elimination or significant reduction of setup time and costs;
Option to print an opaque white base layer to enhance graphics on dark substrates;
Option to apply selective transparent printing, both gloss and matte;
Embossed (raised) printing capability.
The main advantages that UV LED printing offers are:
High print quality and a wide range of printable materials, including dark-colored substrates thanks to the use of white ink as a base layer;
High production flexibility and fast turnaround times, from single pieces to industrial-scale production. Items are immediately ready after printing due to the instant curing of the inks;
Ability to create embossed effects, both gloss and matte;
This technology allows direct printing on virtually any type of material, such as glass, plastic (ABS, PP, PU, PA, PC, etc.), wood, metal (aluminum, steel, copper, brass, etc.), ceramic, fabric, leather, and more.
The maximum height of objects and/or components can reach up to 15 cm.
ANBOindustry has always believed in innovation and technology at the service of human activity. Thanks to this philosophy, the company now operates advanced machinery that has made it an international benchmark in the field of printing.
UV LED printing uses exclusively solid particles, without solvents or water, and represents a true revolution in printing technology. It meets stringent requirements for micro-precision and ink adhesion on substrates, while also ensuring short delivery times thanks to the extremely reduced ink curing period. This enables immediate use after printing and allows printing on untreated objects or very thin films that are particularly sensitive to heat.
The absence of solvents makes UV printing the lowest environmental impact printing method available.
The UV printing process enables the customization of a wide range of objects of different shapes and sizes, both in series and as single items, all within short lead times and with high quality standards. Applications include flat surfaces such as advertising panels for signage, exhibition displays, catalogs, indoor and outdoor signage, labels, and stickers, as well as printing on glass, plastic, PVC, plexiglass, wood, aluminum, cardboard, foam materials, and more.
ANBOindustry fully serves every market sector: from automotive to electronics, from aerospace to toys, from eyewear to lighting, from naval, automotive, real estate, and furniture design, from promotional items to fashion and sports—both amateur and professional—as well as niche markets.
Through the UV printing process, ANBOindustry gives each product a refined aesthetic appearance and strong visual impact, enhancing every detail and increasing either brilliance or opacity, depending on the customer’s requirements.
