Hydro Dipping for Companies
REQUEST A FREE QUOTE
Hydro dipping is a process, originating in Japan about 20 years ago, that allows three-dimensional decoration of any type of object, component, or material uniformly by using water pressure and a water-soluble film that “carries” the graphic design.
The film is laid on the water surface, the object is immersed in the tank, and the decorative pattern is transferred onto the object through water pressure.
Hydro dipping can be performed on any material, such as plastics (ABS, PA, PP, PMMA, PU, EVA, rubber, etc.), metals (iron, steel, aluminum, etc.), glass, wood, and many others.
Over the years, ANBOindustry has specialized in hydro dipping for companies, investing in research and development, automated industrial plants, and consolidated production processes. This allows working on large quantities and hydro dipping objects of any size, even large ones.
Thousands of effects are available, but the most requested by companies are:
-
Carbon
-
Wood
-
Marble
-
Brushed Metal
-
Decorative
Hydro dipping is highly demanded across multiple industrial sectors, including fashion, eyewear, automotive, design and furniture, naval, and more.
The process adds significant value to the product, greatly enhancing its aesthetic effect and perceived value.
