The technique of hydro dipping , (water transfer printing) was born in Japan and consists of a process used to three-dimensionally decorate any type of material in a uniform way.

This procedure does not only consist in the simple application of a film on the object but we are instead faced with a method through which the image printed on particular water-soluble films is transferred perfectly onto the object to be decorated.

The particular water-soluble film is placed on the surface of the water contained in a special container thermoregulated processing tank in which the object is immersed onto which, through the hydrostatic pressure of the water itself, the print present in the film is transferred. A special activator applied to the surface will have the function of melting and activating the colors of the film's graphic texture to ensure that they are transferred to the object immersed in the tank while maintaining very high resolution and color fidelity. The result will be perfect adhesion even on 360 degree decorations.

Automatic cubing tank:

ANBOindustry It has a fully automatic line among the most important in Europe and a semi-automated line.
In the automatic system beyond the 90% of the production process occurs automatically, from loading the frames containing the products, to the spreading of the water-soluble film with application of the activator, to the immersion of the object, up to the unloading of the frames with the decorated products.

Semi-automatic cubing tank:

In the line semi automatic, however, human intervention is foreseen for the spreading of the film and for its activation as well as the loading and unloading of the frames, while the immersion phase is completely automated.
This line is more suitable for small and medium runs.
After the decoration phase, both for the automatic and semi-automatic lines, the automated washing or rinsing and drying phases follow, before finally moving on to the application of the transparent protective varnish to give the right shine to the chosen texture and to protect the objects and give them a long life.
